On Friday, November 15, 2024, Kaitlyn and Eric Garcia said “I do” in the enchanting setting of The Grand Barn at the Mohicans. The venue’s rustic elegance paired beautifully with the couple’s chosen color palette of burnt orange, dusty pink, dark green, and sage green. Their wedding exuded a whimsical boho vibe, with terra cotta and sage tones creating an unforgettable atmosphere of muted earthiness and romance. It was such a joy to bring Kaitlyn and Eric’s floral vision to life!
Show-Stopping Florals
The florals for the day featured a gorgeous mix of fresh flowers, lush greenery, and textural dried elements. Agonis, terra cotta carnations, baby eucalyptus, garden roses, gunni eucalyptus, Rubicon spray roses, Italian ruscus, and terra cotta dahlias set the tone, while dried pampas grass added a soft, ethereal element to the designs.
Kaitlyn’s bridal bouquet was a true masterpiece. Inspired by a big, flowy shape, it included all the florals and greenery, with pampas grass creating an airy, whimsical effect. The eight bridesmaids carried smaller versions of Kaitlyn’s bouquet, which perfectly complemented their attire and added a harmonious touch to the bridal party’s look.
Eric’s boutonniere was crafted with agonis, eucalyptus, and Rubicon spray roses, offering a sophisticated yet natural feel. The groomsmen and fathers wore simpler versions of Eric’s boutonniere, creating a cohesive look for the gentlemen in the wedding party.
The mothers’ corsages were nothing short of elegant. Made with agonis, eucalyptus, and Rubicon spray roses, they were designed on pearl-strapped wristlets and adorned with cream satin ribbon, adding a touch of refined beauty to their ensembles.
Decorative Details
The couple’s attention to detail extended to their reception decor. Sage crushed taffeta table runners provided the perfect base for the centerpieces, which were highlighted by seeded silk eucalyptus and cylinder vases. Macramé hangers added a boho flair, tying the decor seamlessly into the overall theme. The use of pampas grass throughout the arrangements added softness and movement, enhancing the romantic ambiance of the space.
A Memorable Celebration
Kaitlyn and Eric’s wedding was a true celebration of love, beautifully accented by their thoughtfully chosen florals and decor. The earthy tones, whimsical textures, and boho-inspired details came together to create a warm and inviting atmosphere that their 120 guests will remember forever.
It was such an honor to be part of Kaitlyn and Eric’s special day. Working with them to bring their vision to life was a rewarding experience, and we couldn’t be happier for this wonderful couple as they begin their new journey together.
Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Garcia! May your life together be as beautiful and vibrant as your wedding day!
